The STM32H742IIT6 is STMicroelectronics' high-performance single-core MCU built around the ARM Cortex-M7 core clocked at 480 MHz. It carries 2 MB of on-chip Flash and 692K x 8 of RAM, which puts it in the tier for applications that need real-time DSP-class number crunching or a rich HMI stack without external memory. The 176-LQFP package (24x24 mm) gives access to 140 I/Os, so a designer can route a parallel LCD, an Ethernet MAC, and multiple serial buses without multiplexing.
Industrial temperature range and peripheral set
Data converters include a 36-channel 16-bit ADC and a 2-channel 12-bit DAC, covering multi-sensor acquisition and analog output tasks.
Package and supply voltage
The 176-LQFP (24x24 mm) is a fine-pitch QFP with 0.5 mm lead pitch, suitable for standard reflow assembly. Supply range spans 1.62 V to 3.6 V, allowing operation from a single 3.3 V rail or a 1.8 V low-power domain.
