170 MHz Cortex-M4F with analog muscle
The STM32G474CCU6 is a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4F MCU from STMicroelectronics' STM32G4 series, clocked at 170 MHz. It carries 256 KB of Flash and 128 KB of SRAM — enough for sensor-fusion or motor-control firmware without external memory. The analog front end is the standout: 21 multiplexed 12-bit ADC channels and 7 independent 12-bit DAC outputs, all in a 48-pin UFQFN package. That many analog channels on a compact footprint means you can sample three-phase currents plus DC-link voltage and still have headroom for auxiliary inputs, without adding external muxes or separate ADCs.

Temperature grade and package
Rated for -40°C to 85°C ambient. The 48-UFQFN exposed-pad package (7×7 mm) requires a thermal via array under the pad for heat sinking at full speed.
