ARM Cortex-M0+ core at 64 MHz with USB-C PD
The STM32G081RBT6 is a 32-bit single-core microcontroller built around the ARM Cortex-M0+ core, clocked at 64 MHz. It sits in the STM32G0 series, STMicroelectronics' entry-level line that balances low power with a rich peripheral set for cost-sensitive control applications. On-chip memory includes 128 KB of Flash and 36 K x 8 of SRAM — enough headroom for a modest real-time control loop, a USB stack, and a few communication buffers without external memory.
Peripheral mix and analog integration
The part integrates 19 analog-to-digital converter channels at 12-bit resolution and two 12-bit digital-to-analog converters, so a single-chip sensor interface with closed-loop analog output is feasible without external converters.
Package, supply, and temperature grade
