Analog and peripheral set — what is on-chip
Nineteen 12-bit ADC channels and two 12-bit DAC channels are integrated, which reduces external analog front-end components for multi-sensor acquisition or closed-loop analog output. The peripheral list includes I²S, multiple SPI/UART/USART, USB, and HDMI-CEC — enough connectivity for a smart actuator, a USB-to-serial bridge, or a small IoT edge node.
Package and mounting — 64-UFBGA (5x5)
The 64-UFBGA (5x5 mm) package saves board area versus a 64-pin LQFP. Reflow-only assembly is required.
Lifecycle and sourcing — EOL hot, sourced to order
This part carries an EOL hot lifecycle status. That means ST has issued an end-of-life notice; the last-time-buy window may be closed or closing. For new designs, ST recommends migrating within the STM32G0 series — the base product number STM32G081 is the family anchor, and a pin-compatible variant with the same package and memory map may still be active. For existing BOM lines, we source this through independent distribution against an RFQ.
