72 MHz ARM Cortex-M3 with USB OTG — what this MCU brings
The STM32F105VBT6 is a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M3 MCU from the STM32F1 connectivity line, clocked at 72 MHz with 128 KB of Flash and 64 KB of SRAM. It carries USB OTG full-speed on-chip, so a single part handles both device and host roles without an external PHY. The 100-pin LQFP gives you 80 GPIOs, plus CAN, I²C, SPI, UART, and LIN interfaces.
Analog and mixed-signal on the same die
Two 12-bit DACs and sixteen 12-bit ADC channels are integrated, so a motor-drive or sensor-interface board can close current loops and read analog inputs without an external converter.
