The STL47N60M6 is an N-channel MOSFET with 600 V drain-to-source voltage and 31 A continuous drain current. At full load the junction temperature rise stays within the -55 to 150 °C rated range when the PowerFlat HV package's exposed pad is soldered to a sufficient copper area.

Total gate charge is 57 nC at 10 V.
