The TO-220FP (full-pack) body is the same 3-lead through-hole footprint as a standard TO-220, but the backside tab is moulded over with epoxy — electrically isolated from the drain.
For a BOM that needs this exact 600 V, 2 A N-channel in the TO-220FP footprint, the supply channel is stable through standard distribution.
