60 V, 70 A N-channel in DPAK — STripFET™ III generation
The 60 V Vdss gives a 20 % derating margin against a typical 48 V bus, which is standard practice for reliable operation. The 70 A continuous drain rating is package-limited; the actual current the device can carry in your design depends on the PCB copper area and ambient cooling — the 110 W maximum power dissipation figure is the thermal ceiling to work from. The 10.5 mOhm Rds(on) at 10 V gate drive means conduction losses stay under 1 W at 10 A load, but note that the threshold voltage can be as high as 4 V at 250 µA, so a logic-level gate drive below 5 V may not fully enhance the channel.
