60 V, 15 A N-channel MOSFET in DPAK
It comes in a surface-mount DPAK (TO-252) package, which is a common footprint for medium-power DC-DC converters, load switches, and motor-drive output stages.
What the specs mean for the repair bench
The 15 A continuous rating is the package limit at the case, not what the part can do in free air; on a real PCB with limited copper, derate to maybe 8–10 A continuous before the junction hits 175°C.
If you're designing a new board, look at ST's current 60 V N-channel MOSFETs in DPAK with similar Rds(on) and gate charge; a parametric search on 60 V, 15 A, DPAK will turn up active alternatives.
