Product details

600 V, 5 A N-channel MOSFET in D2PAK — AEC-Q101 qualified

It is rated for a drain-source voltage of 600 V and a continuous drain current of 5 A at 25 °C, with a maximum on-resistance of 900 mOhm at 2.5 A and 10 V gate drive. Housed in a D2PAK (TO-263) surface-mount package, it is suited for high-voltage DC-DC converters, motor drives, and solenoid drivers in automotive and industrial environments where reliability under thermal and electrical stress is required.

The D2PAK (TO-263) is a surface-mount package with a large exposed tab for heat transfer to the PCB. The tab is the drain connection. For hand-soldering, preheat the board and use a soldering iron with a wide tip; the tab needs good thermal contact to a copper pour.

It is ROHS3 compliant. No direct replacement is listed, but the MDmesh™ II family includes other voltage/current grades if the design needs a different rating.
