The SPC572L64E3BC6AR is a 32-bit single-core microcontroller from STMicroelectronics' SPC572Lx series, built around the e200z2 core and running at 80 MHz. It carries 1.5 MB of Flash program memory, 64 KB of RAM, and a dedicated 32 KB EEPROM block — enough for a full engine-control or transmission-ECU firmware image plus calibration tables that survive power cycles.
The e200z2 core runs at 80 MHz. Paired with 1.5 MB Flash and 64 KB RAM, the part can host a full AUTOSAR stack or a single-threaded control loop without external memory. The separate 32 KB EEPROM (32K x 8) allows wear-leveled storage of DTCs, odometer, and trim values.

Integration note: package and power
