Automotive-grade Zener TVS for 24V rail clamping
It is AEC-Q101 qualified, making it suitable for automotive electronics, industrial controls, and any 24V nominal rail that needs protection against load-dump or surge events. The device clamps at 48.3V maximum with a peak pulse current capacity of 48A (8/20 µs).
Voltage window and clamping performance
Reverse standoff voltage is 22V, so the diode stays off below that level. Breakdown occurs at a minimum of 24.4V, and clamping is specified at 48.3V maximum under the peak pulse condition. This window suits protection of 24V power buses where the rail tolerance allows a 2.4V margin before the TVS starts conducting.
Housed in a standard DO-214AC (SMA) package, surface-mount, with the same footprint as other SMA Zener diodes.
