The LSM6DSMUSTR from STMicroelectronics integrates a 3-axis accelerometer, 3-axis gyroscope, and a temperature sensor in a single 14-VFLGA module measuring 2.5x3 mm. Digital communication is handled through I²C or SPI interfaces, making it a straightforward drop for any MCU with a spare serial bus.
