Integrated 3-phase BLDC driver for 8V to 52V rails
The STMicroelectronics L6235QTR is a fully integrated DMOS driver with control and power stage for three-phase brushless DC motors. It packs three half-bridge outputs rated at 2.5 A continuous each, fed from a supply and load voltage range of 8 V to 52 V. The parallel interface accepts simple step/direction or PWM commands, making it a direct-fit for general-purpose BLDC drives in industrial pumps, fans, compressors, and light automation.
2.5 A per half-bridge — sizing the motor load
Each of the three DMOS half-bridges delivers 2.5 A continuous. The junction temperature range of -25°C to 125°C covers most industrial enclosures.
Supply and load voltage — one rail covers both
The L6235QTR runs the control logic and the power stage from a single 8 V to 52 V rail. The internal charge pump generates the high-side gate drive from the same bus.
