60 V, 15 A dual rectifier — where the Vf and leakage matter

Package and mounting — TO-220-3 through-hole
The common-cathode configuration means the two anodes are separate pins and the cathode is the tab — the board layout must account for the tab being at cathode potential (60 V), not ground. The fast recovery speed (≤500 ns, >200 mA) is adequate for line-frequency and moderate-speed switching applications, but not for high-frequency SMPS where ultrafast or SiC diodes would be specified.
