Five-channel Zener TVS in a 1×1 mm MicroDFN
The STMicroelectronics ESDA6V1-5T6 is a five-channel unidirectional Zener transient-voltage-suppression (TVS) array from the ESDA / TRANSIL™ series. It packs five protection diodes into a 6-UFDFN package (6-MicroDFN, 1×1 mm) for general-purpose ESD and surge clamping on low-voltage signal or supply lines. Each channel has a reverse standoff voltage of 3V and a minimum breakdown voltage of 6.1V, meaning the device stays transparent on a 3.3V rail and begins clamping when the line exceeds roughly 6.1V. Peak pulse power is rated at 35W. The part does not include power-line protection — it is intended for signal or I/O line protection where the operating voltage is 3V or below.
