Ratings that decide the fit
The 5 ns trr is the headline number for a switching application — it tells you the diode clears stored charge fast enough for a 100 kHz+ boost converter without efficiency loss. The 900 mV forward drop at 100 mA is typical for a small-signal Schottky; at the full 300 mA average current the drop will be higher, so check the power dissipation against the SOT-323 thermal impedance if you push it near the limit. The 1 µA reverse leakage at 30 V is tight enough for a battery-monitoring circuit where every microamp matters.
SOT-323 (SC-70) three-lead package. Surface-mount only. Reel or cut-tape options — the cut tape is fine for a prototype run; the reel is what the pick-and-place line wants for volume.
ROHS3 compliant and ECOPACK®2 — the package is halogen-free and the plating is matte tin. No PCN risk on the near horizon.
