Dual Schottky in a SOT-666 — what you get
The STMicroelectronics BAS70-09P6FILM is a dual Schottky diode with two independent junctions in a single SOT-666 package.
The 70 mA per-diode average current limits this part to signal-level loads — think I/O clamping, small-signal rectification, or driving a low-current relay coil. At 15 mA the forward drop is 1 V, which is typical for a small Schottky; at higher currents the Vf climbs, so derate the dissipation if the ambient runs warm. The 150°C maximum junction temperature gives some headroom, but in a SOT-666 with no thermal pad, the package itself is the thermal limit — keep the total power under 200 mW or so in free air.
The BAS70-09P6FILM is listed as obsolete. That means ST has stopped production, and the only channel left is surplus or broker inventory. If you need a drop-in replacement, look at the BAS70-09P6 or BAS70-09P6FILM's sibling in the same SOT-666 footprint — the BAS70-09P6 (without the FILM suffix) is often still active, but verify the exact order code against your BOM. For new designs, the BAS70 family offers multiple dual-Schottky options in SOT-23 and SOT-323 as well, though the pinout differs.
