Two Schottky diodes in one SOT-666
Inside the small SOT-666 package are two independent Schottky diodes. Each diode is rated for a 70 V reverse voltage and 70 mA of average rectified DC current. The forward voltage drops to 1 V at 15 mA forward current, and reverse leakage is specified at 10 µA when the reverse voltage is at the 70 V maximum. The junction temperature limit is 150°C.
Where you would use a dual Schottky like this
A dual Schottky in a small surface-mount package is a natural fit for low-voltage, low-current rectification, polarity protection, and clamping in portable or space-constrained designs. The 70 V reverse voltage gives headroom for 5 V and 12 V rails, and the 70 mA per-diode current rating suits signal-level loads rather than power conversion. The two independent diodes let you build a full-wave rectifier from one package, or use one diode for reverse-protection and the other for flyback clamping on the same board.
