Small-signal Schottky pair for rail clamping and protection
It comes in a standard SOT-23-3 surface-mount package and is classified as a small-signal Schottky device for switching speeds up to 200 mA. Typical applications include high-speed switching, polarity protection, and rail-to-rail clamping in low-power analog and digital circuits.
70 V reverse rating and forward drop at signal currents
The 70 V maximum DC reverse voltage covers bus protection needs with margin. Each diode in the pair is rated for 70 mA average rectified current (DC). The common anode configuration allows clamping two separate signal lines to a common reference rail.
SOT-23-3 footprint and active production status
The BAS70-06FILM is supplied in a TO-236-3 / SC-59 / SOT-23-3 package, surface-mount only.
