The BAS70-04WFILM is a Schottky diode array from STMicroelectronics, configured as one pair in series connection. It handles 70 mA average rectified current per diode with a 70 V reverse voltage rating. Reverse leakage is 10 µA at the full 70 V blocking voltage.

Housed in the SOT-323 (SC-70) surface-mount package, the BAS70-04WFILM occupies a footprint roughly 2.0 mm × 2.1 mm — small enough for dense layouts in portable or space-constrained designs. The junction temperature rating of 150°C max gives margin in warm enclosures. Supplied on tape and reel, it is compatible with standard pick-and-place assembly. The series-connected pair means the anode of the first diode connects to the cathode of the second internally — verify the pinout against your schematic before layout.
