100 V Schottky in SOT-23 — signal-level rectification and clamping
The BAR46FILM is a 100 V Schottky barrier diode rated for 150 mA average rectified current, housed in a standard SOT-23 surface-mount package. Its forward voltage is specified at 1 V maximum when forward current hits 250 mA, which sets the conduction loss floor in low-current rails or signal clamping circuits.
Leakage and capacitance at the junction
Reverse leakage is 5 µA at 75 V reverse bias — a figure that rises with junction temperature, so the 150°C maximum junction rating is the practical derating ceiling for sustained operation near the reverse voltage limit. Junction capacitance is 10 pF at 0 V, 1 MHz, which keeps switching losses low in high-frequency rectification or RF detector stages.
