Single 2-input NOR gate in the 7SET high-speed CMOS family
The Nexperia XC7SET02GV,125 is a single 2-input NOR gate from the 7SET series, fabricated in high-speed CMOS. It operates from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply, making it a drop-in for 5V logic domains in industrial control, automotive body electronics, and telecom line cards. The propagation delay is 7.5ns typical at 5V with a 50pF load, fast enough for 50–100 MHz clock-domain glue logic without eating into timing margin. Quiescent current maxes at 1 µA, so it adds negligible draw on a 5V rail shared with an MCU or FPGA.
Temperature range and deployment environment
Rated for -40°C to 125°C, this gate covers the full industrial and automotive under-hood temperature envelope. It is specified for surface-mount assembly in the SC-74A (SOT-753) 5-pin package, a small footprint that fits dense PCB layouts where board space is tight. The logic thresholds are 5V-compatible: low-level input at 0.8V max, high-level at 2V min, with 8mA output drive capability for both high and low states.
