Display driver for segment and dot-matrix LCDs
The NXP PCA9620H/Q900/1,51 is a universal LCD driver that handles 7-segment plus decimal point, 14-segment plus DP and AP, or dot-matrix configurations — up to 30 characters, 60 characters, or 480 individual elements depending on the display topology. It communicates over an I²C bus, so it fits into a two-wire control chain with a host MCU or SoC without consuming extra GPIOs.
80-LQFP footprint and surface-mount integration
Supplied in an 80-LQFP package (12x12 mm body), the PCA9620H/Q900/1,51 mounts on the same side of the board as the host processor, keeping the I²C trace run short and the display connector within a few centimetres of the driver. Cut Tape works for prototyping or short-run assembly.
Fully ROHS3 compliant, with no restricted substances above the threshold limits — no special handling or exemption tracking needed at the assembly house.
