3-input XOR for battery and portable logic
The NXP 74AUP1G386GM,115 is a single-gate 3-input XOR (exclusive OR) from the 74AUP low-power CMOS family. The propagation delay is 6.1 ns at 3.3 V into a 30 pF load, fast enough for general-purpose control and data-path gating at moderate clock rates.
Temperature range and package fit
Input logic levels are specified: low at 0.7 V to 0.9 V and high at 1.6 V to 2.0 V, which means the gate interprets a 1.8 V CMOS signal correctly without a level translator. Output drive is 4 mA sink and source at the rated supply.
At 0.8 V the gate still switches, which is useful for near-threshold computing or energy-harvesting circuits where the rail droops under load. With a maximum quiescent current of 500 nA, the 74AUP1G386GM,115 is one of the lowest-power 3-input XOR gates available. The active dynamic current depends on the switching frequency and load capacitance; the datasheet provides the power-dissipation capacitance (Cpd) figure for calculating dynamic power.
