Triple inverter in a tiny XSON package
The Nexperia 74AHC3GU04GD,125 packs three unbuffered inverter gates into an 8-XSON (2x3 mm) package — about the footprint of a grain of rice. It runs on a 2V to 5.5V supply, so it sits comfortably in both 3.3V and 5V logic domains. Propagation delay hits 7 ns at 5V with a 50 pF load, fast enough for most glue-logic and signal-inversion tasks on a mixed-voltage board. The -40°C to 125°C operating range covers industrial enclosures and under-hood automotive zones without derating.
7 ns propagation delay — what it means for the bus
At 5V and 50 pF, the 7 ns max delay keeps signal edges clean. For a daisy-chained inverter string, add 7 ns per stage.
Package and mounting
Surface-mount in an 8-XFDFN (also designated 8-XSON 2x3). The 2x3 mm body is a common footprint for compact logic.
