Obsolete — last-time-buy and sourcing reality
Littelfuse has marked the 1.5SMC110 as Obsolete. No pin-compatible drop-in replacement from Littelfuse is documented.
Clamping performance and transient protection
The reverse standoff voltage is 94 V, meaning the device does not conduct at normal line voltage up to that level. Breakdown occurs at a minimum of 99.45 V, and the clamping voltage at peak pulse current (10 A) is 159.6 V max. That clamp voltage is the voltage the protected circuit must survive during the transient event.
Housed in a DO-214AB (SMC) surface-mount package, also referred to as SMCJ. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 150°C, covering industrial and some automotive under-hood environments. Supplied in Tape & Reel (TR), suitable for automated pick-and-place assembly. No power line protection feature is claimed.
