Obsolete — sourcing through independent channels
The 1.5KE82ARL4G: For existing BOM positions or legacy designs that require this exact clamp voltage and package, the part remains available through independent surplus and broker distribution. Availability and pricing are confirmed against an RFQ; quantities are lot-specific.
Clamping performance and the 1500W pulse rating
The 113 V maximum clamping voltage at 13.3 A peak pulse current defines the voltage the protected circuit must survive; a 70.1 V reverse standoff means the diode draws negligible leakage below that rail voltage. Breakdown is specified at 77.9 V minimum — the avalanche threshold sits well above the 70.1 V standoff, so the part does not conduct during normal DC bias on a 48 V or 60 V bus. The unidirectional configuration (one channel) clamps only one polarity; a bidirectional TVS is needed for AC-coupled lines.
Package, temperature range, and board integration
Through-hole DO-201AD (axial-lead) package — the same body as the 1N6267 and P6KE families.
