Housed in a DO-201AA / DO-27 axial-lead package, it mounts through-hole and is supplied in bulk. The operating junction temperature range spans -55°C to 175°C, suitable for industrial and telecom environments where the ambient sees wide swings.
What the clamping voltage means for your rail
A 777 V clamp means the TVS limits transients to that peak — equipment rated for 600 V nominal sees protection below its insulation breakdown. The 486 V standoff lets the diode sit across a 480 V DC bus without conducting in normal operation.
