DO-201 axial-lead package and board fit
Housed in a DO-201AA (DO-27, Axial) through-hole package, the 1.5KE530C mounts into a 0.052-inch diameter hole on a standard PCB — the axial leads are bent and soldered on the opposite side. The junction temperature range spans -55°C to 175°C, so it survives the thermal cycling of a power supply or motor drive enclosure without derating the pulse capability at the high end.
