1.5 kW bidirectional transient suppressor
The Littelfuse 1.5KE24C-B is a 1500 W (1.5 kW) bidirectional Zener TVS diode in the 1.5KE series, designed to clamp transients on general-purpose DC power and signal lines. The bidirectional configuration (single channel) lets it clamp both positive and negative transients with one device, saving board space compared to back-to-back unidirectional parts.
Package and board-fit
Supplied in a DO-201AA (DO-27) axial-lead package, through-hole mounted. The bulk packaging means the diode ships loose in a bag or tube, not on tape-and-reel — factor this into pick-and-place planning if you need automated assembly; hand-insertion or a tube feeder is the typical handling method.
