1500W bidirectional transient suppressor — now in the surplus channel
The 1.5KE130C-B: Littelfuse lists this part as obsolete. Sourcing now runs through independent surplus and broker channels — availability and date-code spread are confirmed at RFQ against the BOM quantity.
DO-201 axial package — through-hole fit for legacy and industrial boards
The DO-201AA / DO-27 axial package (supplier device package DO-201) is a through-hole form factor with a 0.052-inch lead diameter typical. The junction operates from -55°C to 175°C, covering military and industrial temperature envelopes. Power line protection is not built in — this is a signal-rail or low-impedance bus protector, not a mains-grade suppressor.
Bidirectional — one diode covers both polarities
A single bidirectional channel clamps positive and negative transients symmetrically. For a 111V rail, this means one device replaces two unidirectional TVS diodes back-to-back, saving board area and BOM line count. The 1500W peak pulse rating (8.5A at the 10/1000µs test waveform) sets the surge-handling ceiling — derate for shorter or repetitive pulses per the datasheet curve.
