What the ratings mean for a protection rail
The 1.5KE110-B: The breakdown range starts at 99.45 V minimum, and the clamping voltage is capped at 159.6 V at the 10 A peak pulse current. For a 94 V bus, that clamp margin keeps downstream semiconductors inside their Vds or Vce ratings.
Package and field swap
Through-hole DO-201AA (DO-27 axial) package — the same footprint as the common 1.5KE series. Polarity is marked by the cathode band; orientation is obvious enough to get right with a multimeter check before soldering. No ESD bench needed for the swap, but the axial leads mean you want a steady hand and a clean iron tip to avoid cold joints on the board.
Temperature range and general duty
Listed for general-purpose applications; no power-line protection rating, so it is best suited for signal or DC rail transient suppression, not mains AC clamping.
