The Littelfuse 0603SFV300F/32-2 is a 3 A, 32 VDC fast-blow chip fuse in the SFV series, housed in a standard 0603 (1608 metric) surface-mount package — the same footprint as a 0603 resistor or capacitor, so the board layout is already there. Rated breaking capacity is 35 A at the rated voltage — enough to clear a hard short on a 32 V rail without the fuse casing rupturing.

The 0.46 melting I²t tells you the thermal energy needed to open the element — for a 3 A fast-blow fuse this is a low value, meaning it clears quickly on a dead short but may nuisance-blow on a moderate inrush if the pulse I²t exceeds the fuse's rating. DC cold resistance of 0.039 Ohms at room temperature means the fuse drops about 117 mV at rated current — negligible in a 32 V circuit, but worth knowing if the load is sensitive to voltage drop.
