Magnetic switch with a 4 V rail and current-source output
The TLE4955CE2XAMA1 is a special-purpose magnetic switch from Infineon's TLE series, designed to operate from a 4 V supply and deliver a current-source output. The switching thresholds are set at -30 mT (trip) and 30 mT (release).
Junction temperature and package constraints
The operating junction temperature range is -40°C to 110°C, which covers automotive cabin and most industrial enclosures. If your application sees sustained junction temperatures above 110°C — under-hood near an exhaust manifold, for example — this part will not hold the datasheet specs. Mounting is through-hole in the SSO-2-53 package. The two-pin SSO outline is a standard small-signal transistor footprint, so it drops into existing PCB layouts without a pad revision.
