The TLE4905LHALA1 is a unipolar Hall-effect switch from Infineon's TLE series, designed to respond to a south-pole magnetic field with an open-collector output. Its 18 mT operate threshold and 5 mT release hysteresis provide clean switching in applications where a single magnetic polarity must be detected reliably.
Operating from 3.8 V to 24 V, the TLE4905LHALA1 covers common automotive and industrial supply rails without an external regulator. The open-collector output sinks up to 100 mA continuous, sufficient to drive a relay coil, PLC input, or logic-level translator directly. Maximum supply current is 8 mA. Temperature compensation maintains stable switching points across the operating range.
