ISDN D-channel controller with IOM-2 and PCM
The Infineon PEB2075NV1.3 is an ISDN D-channel exchange controller that handles layer-2 signaling for ISDN basic-rate and primary-rate interfaces. It bridges the IOM-2 and PCM bus architectures, making it the framing and link-access arbiter between the S/T transceiver and the host processor.
Dropping below 4.75 V risks the internal state machine corrupting the D-channel HDLC framing. No industrial or automotive grade on this order code.
44-PLCC footprint and bulk packaging
Housed in a 44-lead PLCC with J-bend leads (44-LCC per JEDEC MS-018), the 16.6 mm x 16.6 mm body uses the standard PLCC-44 land pattern. The J-lead geometry absorbs board flex better than a gull-wing, but the footprint is specific — a PLCC-44 socket or the matching solder-paste stencil aperture is required; this is not a QFP or SOIC drop-in. Supplied in bulk (tube or tray), not tape-and-reel — the procurement quantity and handling method differ from a reel-fed line. Confirm the pick-and-place feeder compatibility if automated placement is planned.
