Absolute pressure sensor for board-level sensing
The Infineon KP214N2611XT is an analog absolute pressure sensor in a compact 8-SMD module (PG-DSOF-8-16), designed for board-mount applications where a direct, amplified voltage output is needed without external signal conditioning. It measures absolute pressure from 2.18 to 16.68 PSI (15 to 115 kPa) and outputs a ratiometric analog voltage from 0.18 V to 4.65 V, proportional to the applied pressure.
What the output span and accuracy mean for your measurement
The 0.18 V to 4.65 V output span, combined with a ±0.65 PSI (4.50 kPa) accuracy, means the sensor delivers a usable signal across nearly the full 5 V supply range — the zero-pressure offset is low (0.18 V), leaving most of the ADC range for the pressure signal.
Package and board integration
Housed in an 8-SMD module (PG-DSOF-8-16), the sensor is surface-mount with SMD (SMT) tab termination — no port, so the pressure reference is the ambient environment at the package opening.
