The Infineon IPA50R380CE is a 500 V N-channel Super Junction MOSFET from the CoolMOS™ family, housed in a PG-TO220-FP full-pack through-hole package. The full-pack (isolated) TO-220 eliminates the need for an insulating washer in many designs, simplifying assembly and improving thermal coupling to the heatsink.
