133 MHz PLL fanout for SDRAM DIMM clock trees
The CY2318BNZPVI-11T is a PLL-based zero-delay clock driver built for SDRAM DIMM applications, distributing a single clock input to 18 outputs at up to 133 MHz. The 1:18 fanout ratio lets one reference clock feed an entire DIMM bank's DRAM devices without external buffering — the PLL aligns output edges to the input so skew stays low across all 18 lanes.
Supply, temperature, and package fit
Housed in a 48-lead SSOP with 7.50 mm body width (48-BSSOP), the 0.635 mm pitch is hand-solderable with a fine tip and good flux — no hot-air rework station required for prototype builds. Inputs and outputs are single-ended only — no differential signalling (No/No), so the layout uses standard 50-ohm trace routing to each DIMM clock pin.
