What this zero delay buffer does
The CY2309ESXC-1 is a PLL-based zero delay buffer that takes one clock input and distributes it to nine outputs with near-zero propagation delay — the PLL aligns the output edges to the input so the clock tree sees no added skew. Rated to 133.33 MHz maximum frequency, it covers common processor, memory, and peripheral bus speeds up to that ceiling. The 1:9 fanout ratio lets a single source drive nine loads without an extra buffer stage.
Supply, package, and temperature fit
Operates from 3.0 V to 3.6 V, matching the 3.3 V logic rail found in most digital systems. It belongs in office equipment, appliances, and indoor telecom — not in engine bays, outdoor enclosures, or industrial floors where the ambient exceeds 70°C.
