PLL clock generator with 1:6 fanout — 200 MHz ceiling
The CY22393FXC is a PLL-based clock generator and fanout distribution IC from Infineon. It accepts an LVTTL or crystal input and delivers up to six CMOS outputs, each capable of running at 200 MHz maximum. The PLL has a bypass mode, letting you feed the reference clock straight through when the synthesised frequency is not needed. The 1:6 input-to-output ratio means a single reference clock can drive six downstream loads — useful for clocking multiple FPGAs, ASICs, or transceivers from one crystal without adding external fanout buffers. Operating temperature is rated 0°C to 70°C, so this part is intended for commercial indoor equipment — office networking, test gear, or consumer electronics — not for under-hood or outdoor deployment without additional qualification.
Supply rail and package — 3.3 V nominal, 16-TSSOP footprint
The 16-TSSOP package has a 0.173-inch body width and 4.40 mm footprint. ROHS3 compliant, so it fits lead-free assembly lines without exemption paperwork.
