Product details

400 MHz LVPECL clock source with PLL

The CY2213ZC-1T is a single-circuit PLL-based clock generator that accepts a crystal input and produces one LVPECL output pair, with a second fanout output — the 1:2 ratio gives you a clean copy for daisy-chaining or redundancy without an external buffer. Maximum output frequency is 400 MHz. The differential LVPECL output pair keeps signal integrity over board traces.

Supply and temperature guardrails

Operates from a 3.0 V to 3.6 V rail — the 3.3 V nominal is typical. The 16-TSSOP package (4.40 mm body width) is a common footprint.

Active production, RoHS non-compliant

The RoHS non-compliant status means the device contains lead; confirm your assembly line and end-market accept SnPb solder before committing the BOM. Sourced per RFQ against your BOM quantity.

Frequently asked questions

Is the CY2213ZC-1T the same as a standard oscillator?

No. A crystal oscillator is a self-contained resonant tank that outputs a single frequency. The CY2213ZC-1T is a PLL-based clock generator: it takes a crystal reference and multiplies it up to 400 MHz, and it also provides a fanout distribution buffer. You get frequency synthesis plus signal distribution in one IC.
