Precision current sensing at 120 µA supply
This is a single-circuit current sense amplifier with a -3 dB bandwidth of 1.5 kHz, which means it can accurately reproduce load-current transients up to that frequency — suitable for DC/DC converter output monitoring or motor-phase current sensing where the ripple frequency stays below 1.5 kHz. The low offset keeps the measurement error small at the shunt — for a 10 mΩ shunt carrying 1 A, the 10 µV offset adds only 0.1 % error to the 10 mV sense voltage. In a battery-powered system, the amplifier's own draw is low enough that it does not dominate the sleep-mode budget. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C, covering automotive under-hood and industrial enclosure environments without derating.
8-uMAX/uSOP board footprint
The device is supplied in an 8-uMAX/uSOP package, which is the same 3.00 mm × 3.00 mm body as the standard MSOP-8. Surface-mount assembly with a 0.65 mm lead pitch — the footprint matches the generic MSOP-8 land pattern.
