4.3W mono Class D — output power and load match
The MAX9759ETE+: Class D switching topology keeps the power dissipation low enough that the 16-TQFN exposed pad package can handle full output without a heatsink, provided the PCB thermal pad is soldered to a copper plane.
Integrated features shrink the audio BOM
Differential inputs reject ground noise on long input traces, and the built-in depop circuit suppresses the turn-on thump that otherwise requires an external mute relay or series capacitor. Short-circuit and thermal protection let the amplifier survive a speaker-wire short or sustained high-power operation without latching off — the shutdown pin gives the system controller a hard disable when the audio path is idle.
Active lifecycle — sourcing posture
ROHS3 compliant per. No official pin-compatible second source is listed; the BOM line should be qualified against the single Analog Devices supply.
