The MAX9719BETE is supplied in a 16-WQFN exposed pad package (4x4 mm TQFN footprint).
Output power and load matching
Each channel delivers 1.4 W into a 4 Ω load — enough for small desktop speakers, portable Bluetooth speakers, or headphone amplifiers where the thermal budget of the 4x4 mm package is the limiting factor, not the silicon itself. The Class AB output stage means quiescent current is higher than a Class D equivalent, but the linearity avoids the switching noise and output filter that a Class D design requires. For battery-powered gear, the trade-off is standby time vs. audio fidelity.
Lifecycle and compliance
RoHS compliance is not claimed for this variant. If your BOM requires RoHS exemption documentation or a lead-free finish, confirm the date-code and plating before committing the line.
