The MAX8569BETT+T is a synchronous step-up (boost) regulator from Analog Devices that delivers a fixed 3.3V output from input voltages as low as 1.5V and up to 5.5V. It integrates a 750mA switch and synchronous rectifier, which improves efficiency over a diode-based boost topology — particularly at higher output currents. The part is housed in a 6-TDFN exposed-pad package (3x3 mm) and operates over -40°C to +85°C, making it suitable for portable, battery-powered, and industrial equipment where a regulated 3.3V rail must be generated from a single-cell alkaline, Li-ion, or multi-cell battery stack.
750mA switch and synchronous rectification
The 750mA switch rating is the peak current the internal power FET can handle — it is not the continuous output current. For a 3.3V output from a 1.8V input, expect around 300–400 mA continuous output before the switch current limit is reached, depending on inductor value and efficiency.
