Five-rail supervisor in a 16-SOIC
It asserts an active-low, open-drain reset output whenever any monitored rail falls below its programmed threshold, and the reset timeout is less than 1 ms minimum. This part is designed for systems that need to track multiple power domains — think multi-rail FPGAs, SoCs, or mixed-signal boards — and want a single IC to handle the supervision instead of stacking several single-channel supervisors.
ROHS3 compliant.
Housed in a 16-pin SOIC (0.154-inch body width, 3.90 mm width per the case code), surface-mount. Standard SOIC-16 footprint applies; no exposed pad. Shipping in tube form.
