MAX6899PALT+T Sequencer/Supervisor, 6-uDFN, -40°C to 125°C

The Maxim Integrated MAX6899PALT+T is a sequencer and voltage supervisor in a compact 6-uDFN (1.5x1) package. It monitors a single voltage rail with an adjustable/selectable threshold and asserts an active-high reset output when the monitored voltage falls outside the programmed window. The push-pull, totem-pole output drives logic inputs directly without needing an external pull-up resistor. This part is designed for board-level power sequencing and supervision in systems where a single voltage rail must be brought up and monitored in a controlled order — common in multi-rail FPGAs, SoCs, and mixed-signal designs that require a known power-up sequence to avoid latch-up or undefined states.
