Product details

Automotive voltage sequencer in a TSOT-23-6 footprint

It monitors one supply rail and asserts an Active High reset output (open-drain) when the monitored voltage falls outside an adjustable threshold. The reset timeout is also adjustable, giving the system designer control over power-up sequencing delays. Housed in a TSOT-23-6 package, it fits space-constrained ECU and module PCBs.

If your design sequences multiple rails — say, core I/O and analog — you would need a multi-channel sequencer or multiple instances of this part. The adjustable threshold and timeout let you tune the trip point and reset delay without changing the BOM, which simplifies qualification across multiple ECU variants.
